DATA I/O SELLS ITS ENDOT SUBSIDIARY TO ZYAD

Data I/O Corp, Redmond, Washington has completed its restructuring with the sale of its Endot subsidiary to Zycad Corp, which is paying at least $3.4m in cash and kind for the Cleveland, Ohio developer of modelling, simulation and verification software for the design of complex digital electronic systems.
