Visual Mining, a provider of visualisation services to transform data into business information, has released both NetCharts Designer and NetCharts Server v6.

According to the Visual Mining, the NetCharts Designer and Server v6.0 includes an analytics library for rapid insight and analysis, which has more than 50 pre-built analytic functions and process controls to provide analysis and understanding of data; and expanded support for latest Java production environments.

In addition, the NetCharts Designer and Server v6.0 includes expanded and high impact data visualisation functions with enhanced data tables and new data styles. Charts now support Excel-style data, and data points can now be displayed as tables integrated into the chart axis. It includes variable width bars that can be used to create bullet charts and enhanced title styles for providing new mechanisms for visual alerting.

Chad Haftorson, vice president of products at Innotas, said: NetCharts Designer and Server provide everything we need to create an interactive dashboard. Thanks to NetCharts Designer and Server, we are able to cost-effectively offer our clients dynamic charts with just a few keystrokes.

Tristan Ziegler, president and CEO of Visual Mining, said: Though some companies are abandoning products and initiatives during this economic downturn, we are successfully weathering the storm and continue to build valuable and powerful new features into our products — as evidenced today, by our major release of both NetCharts Designer and Server.
