Trillium Software, a business of Harte-Hanks and an enabler of Total Data Quality offerings, said automotive manufacturer Mazda Europe is utilising the Trillium Software System to analyse and consolidate customer data for its company-wide customer relationship management (CRM) initiative.

The automotive manufacturer is migrating its Siebel CRM application to the latest version, and will utilise the Trillium Software System to fulfill the necessary consolidation and cleansing of data in real time.

Mazda Europe Central CRM Services team leader Carole Pierrot said they chose Trillium Software, with its leading data quality suite, because it proved to them that they were the most reliable and well-versed partner for data quality management.

Mazda Europe had initially developed an application designed to streamline the capture and sharing of customer data across the enterprise in Europe, enabling the data to flow into the Siebel CRM system.

The Trillium Software System will be integrated to operationalise data quality processes in the near future, as Mazda will continue to capture and cleanse data in advance, in real time, in order to fulfill the needs and goals of its proactive data management effort and policies.

Trillium Software claims that its application meets strict requirements for data governance of Mazda.

Harte-Hanks Trillium Software (Germany) managing director Eric Ecker said they were pleased that their company could support Mazda Europe’s CRM initiative and provide critical information quality value with their software solutions and consulting services.
