Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has teamed up with analytics software company FICO to facilitate purchase and implementation of FICO solutions through TCS.
The collaboration is expected to drive creation of innovative decision centric applications, enable faster turnaround for implementation and improve user productivity for responsive digital transformation programmes.
The partnership will also include creation of a Center of Solutions Excellence (COSE) across TCS’ global delivery centers.
COSE is expected to provide the right environment for training, integration practices, application development, testing, support, delivery resources, and maintenance.
The collaboration is also likely to help businesses get new opportunities in decision management centric technologies, rapid application development, and customer experience excellence for the enterprise, said TCS.
The creation of innovative customer and decision centric applications is also likely to accelerate business management and digital transformation.
