Salesforce customers will now have access to a feed of public messages through Twitter.

Salesforce Radian6 users will have access to over 400 million Tweets daily which will also allow enterprises to engage easily as well as solve problems quickly.

"Companies look to Twitter to connect with their customers in real time about the things that matter to them," says Jana Messerschmidt, vice president of Business Development at Twitter. "Salesforce.com understands how to facilitate these interactions.

Combining the power of Salesforce Radian6 with Twitter helps companies understand and respond to their customers as these conversations are happening."

The alliance between Twitter and Salesforce will benefit businesses who want to use the microblogging site to build brand loyalty and gain customer insight in real time.

Salesforce is increasingly implementing social aspects into its products and services. The cloud based company acquired Buddy media, a social media marketing platform, for $745m earlier this month.
