Business management software and services provider Sage UK has introduced a new platform integrating CRM, business intelligence and financial management softwares, which is designed for businesses that seek integration, flexibility and efficiency across their organisation.
The company said that its Sage 200 2010 produces one joined-up view of the organisation to enable informed decision making and improved operational performance. It integrates front and back office applications that automate processes and join up all aspects of their business.
According to the company, Sage 200 2010’s virtualisation and browser-based support facilitates data and actions, such as PO authorisation to be accessed remotely via BlackBerry smartphones. The offering includes report designer, business intelligence as standard and user-specific workspaces that lets users to personalise their desktop and workspace for optimum efficiency
Sage UK said that its new platform features simplified installation routines, new filtering capabilities for projects, role-based workspaces and dashboards, and end-to-end CRM integration. It gives users the freedom to choose how, where and when they want to access information.
