Regatta Solutions claims that the new offering provides mid-market customers with a flexible, cost-effective way to achieve high-availability, address security/availability concerns while effectively optimising the costs involved in managing a data center.

The company said its services can useful for firms who require a software development test environment or companies that are evaluating their disaster recovery and business continuity planning options.

Reportedly, IBM engineers insure delivery of services through IBM’s Service Reference Architecture that delivers a single Service Level Agreement, to ensure that systems availability needs are met with or without the client’s dedicated in-house staff.
