InsightBee has today published a study revealing that 54% of workers in the technology sector do not believe they can rely on information they find online.

Furthermore, 46% of business executives also admit to spending as many as 10 hours a week just sourcing business insights. The same amount of respondents, however, said they trusted and could depend on what they read online.

As a response to the research, InsightBee has launched a new start-up of its own named ‘Insight Gap’ to provide businesses with adequate search results for their functions.

Whether firms require research on companies and industries or a specific business question, the new start-up will use 3000 research consultants to produce the results, set to be presented to companies on a new online low-cost shopping platform.
