Noetix acquires BI analytics provider Jaros

To complement its operational reporting offering

By CBR Staff Writer

Noetix, a business intelligence(BI) software provider for enterprise applications, has acquired privately-held business analytics company Jaros Technologies, headquartered in Granite City, Illinois for an undisclosed sum.

According to Noetix, the acquisition will help it to deliver complete BI offering for Oracle E-Business Suite customers, offering real-time reporting plus packaged analytics based on a data warehouse architecture. This product offering is expected to significantly reduce the manual effort and time required to execute a data warehouse strategy.

Noetix said that it has retained all Jaros employees including the management team to ensure a smooth transition for Jaros customers. The Granite City office will continue to provide on-going support through their normal channels.

Reportedly, Jaros incorporates best practices within its packaged data models, reports and dashboards to manage the performance, scalability, and data integration requirements of the companies. Pre-built adapters for Oracle E-Business Suite reduce costs and speed implementation time.
