Application and network performance management offerings provider Visual Network Systems has released its Service Delivery Dashboard.

Service Delivery Dashboard streamlines operational processes and facilitates synergy across multiple IT teams by allowing real-time performance analytics from Visual Performance Manager to be combined with data from multiple IT management systems under a single dashboard. This helps streamline the operational processes and facilitates synergy across multiple IT teams.

Visual Performance Manager is a integrated system that provides end-to-end performance visibility into applications being delivered across different networks, such as cloud, carrier and enterprise, without compromising on the service quality, said the company.

With the new dashboard, IT departments will have a collaboration platform to enable them identify problem domain and its origin leading to faster MTTK (Mean Time to Know) and enhanced MTTR (Mean Time to Repair).

Visual Network Systems vice-president and general manager Daryle DeBalski said Service Delivery Dashboard not only displays Visual Performance Manager analytics in a business or geographic context, but also supports the integration of other IT systems, such as IBM Tivoli Netcool/Omnibus, BMC Remedy ARS, or EMC Ionix.

"Our goal is to collaborate across third-party tools so we can complement and integrate into our customers’ IT ecosystem," said DeBalski.
