The group will implement the BAR (Best Available Rate), Multi-Property and Budget modules of IDeaS V5i.
With BAR, Menzies can consider competitive rate information before making pricing decisions. Multi-Property will enable authorised users to view data from multiple properties. Using the Budget module, the hotel can assess its actual performance against financial goals by comparing budgeted rooms sold and revenue against actual or forecasted data at market segment and hotel levels.
