Jaspersoft has unveiled Jaspersoft 3.7 for BI requirements and an Enterprise Edition, which offers a package of business analytics and reporting functionality.

According to Jaspersoft, the Enterprise Edition is a customised package designed for organisations that need advanced features such as data integration, relational OLAP services, audit logging and multi-tenancy capabilities. The company now offers three product editions, including Community, Professional and Enterprise.

Jaspersoft 3.7 includes capabilities such as integrated in-memory analysis that allows users to slice, pivot, filter, drill into, and visualize their data; and search-powered report repository to help users find reports. In addition, the new version enables business users to interact with new flash-based graphs, maps and widgets, and allows administrators to gain manageability into the BI platform through a audit log, the company said.

Jaspersoft 3.7 also includes certified support for analytic databases optimised for data warehousing, and support for federated data services platform for multiple heterogeneous data source environments, Jaspersoft said.
