Enterprise integration services vendor IWay Software, part of the Information Builders family, has announced the release of its new enterprise information management (EIM) offering.

The product includes iWay’s new Data Quality Centre (DQC) and Master Data Centre (MDC) products and is built around iWay Service Manager and iWay Universal Adapter Suite.

IT aims to lower the total cost of information management by implementing reusable services on a single platform. Business visibility should be provided with speed and accuracy, iWay said.

According to the company the product offers; integrated content, federated data, data warehouse, files, queues, documents, e-mail, and ERP/CRM; support for low- and medium-latency events, transactions, and batch-oriented integration; integrated ETL, event capture and change data capture; integrated data-quality firewall and master data management; the ability to enrich and feed business events and data extracts to enterprise search engines; and the enablement of real-time dashboards, scoring, and analytics.

IWay said that DQC is designed to evaluate, monitor, and manage data quality in different information systems as well as prevent incorrect data from entering these systems in the first place.

MDC enables enterprises to consolidate millions of records according to easily defined business rules. According to the company, this will make unified and validated master data instantly available to a wide range of enterprise applications, such as ERP, CRM, self-serve portals, analytical tools, data warehouses, and other internal systems.

Both products are delivered in a single integration platform for real-time and batch integration.

Gerald Cohen, president and CEO of Information Builders, said: “IWay Software is all about making the difficult easy. The iWay EIM suite delivers rich functionality and easy implementation at a tremendous value. By leveraging modern platforms and code-optimisation techniques, this solution requires a significantly lower initial investment.”
