Inline Corporation, a provider of data storage services and a wholly owned subsidiary of IceWEB, has announced the sale of a $135,000, 70Tb geographic information system to a Canadian organization.

According to IceWEB, the system includes multiple enterprise geographic information solution (GIS) servers and multiple enterprise class, high performing storage arrays to be used in conjunction with a strategic initiative.

John Signorello, CEO of IceWEB, said: This is a strategic international customer for Inline products, as we believe there is significant potential for additional sales throughout the organization and is reflective of the high-margin sales opportunities for our suite of products.

Stephen Gill, vice president of business development at Inline, said: More and more customers are looking for an Inline solution these days, simply because it takes away the stress and complexity of setting up an enterprise GIS environment themselves. Many are still trying to do more work in their IT department with less people. Inline’s complete systems allow them to do what they are tasked with internally while still getting their GIS solution up and running in minutes.
