Fieldglass launches Active Guidance for workforce decision making

Real-time snapshot of current activities and upcoming task

By CBR Staff Writer

Fieldglass, a technology provider of procure and manage contingent labour and services, has launched a business intelligence tool Active Guidance that operates in real-time as a strategic guide to making workforce decisions.

Active Guidance allows users at every level of the organisation to better leverage resources and increase efficiency, the company said.

The new tool enables end users to think towards more cost effective pay rate decisions, offers programme managers a real-time snapshot of current activities and upcoming tasks, and helps executive sponsors to establish thresholds to monitor programme trends and anomalies.

Active Guidance functionality builds on Fieldglass existing business intelligence capabilities to bridge the gap between transactional level decisions and top line objectives.

Fieldglass CTO Sean Chou said the introduction of Active Guidance takes business intelligence from reactive to proactive, aligning daily activities with strategic direction and touching every part of the decision-making process.
