Experian Marketing Services, a provider of data management, analytics and marketing technologies in digital and traditional media, has partnered with GrayHair Software, a provider of offerings for business mailers.
Clients of Experian Data Management Services, a part of Experian Marketing Services, can now track their mailings utilising the GrayHair SelectTrak software.
The mailing data information will be accessible through an online dashboard that provides a view into the delivery timeline, the company said.
All mailing data is updated in real time, enabling delivery scans by date, job scans by state and the ability to produce ad hoc reporting as needed. With these reports, clients can check the status of a mailing on the Web and receive emails regarding the status of their mailings.
Experian Data Management Services senior vice president and general manager Jeff Lundal said knowing exactly where clients’ mail is from a delivery standpoint is crucial when it comes to staffing and determining the anticipated response to a mail campaign.
GrayHair vice president Raymond Chin said from initial entry into the postal stream to the in-home delivery date, mailers will know the next move in their campaign.
