CyberLink, a provider of connected digital lifestyle offerings, has been selcted by Asus to provide CyberLink PowerRecover with it’s Eee PC 1016P and ASUS business series notebooks (P52JC, P52F, P42F and P42JC).
The collaboration will enable users to retrieve and back up data, and provide a quick recovery and enhanced protection against data loss.
The company said with the inclusion of PowerRecover in Eee PC 1016P and Asus Notebook series, Asus can put data back-up in user’s hard disks or USB storage devices, which prevent data loss or unexpected disasters.
CyberLink CEO Alice Chang said the company is pleased to work with Asus to deliver PowerRecover, the easy protection and recovery offering, on Asus Eee PC platform and Notebook product lines.
"PowerRecover gives users an easy-to-use system recovery offering, enabling users to create their own System Recovery Media with a USB hard disk, or burn in a DVD disk," Chang said.
