Assistance to unveil new functionality for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Front office business processes streamlining, connects the various divisions of an organisation and information integration

By CBR Staff Writer

Assistance Software, a vendor of offerings for the professional services industry, will launch a new product Assistance PSA for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM xRMapplication development framework, Assistance PSA will extend standard CRM functionality with project management, resource planning, time and expense registration and invoice capabilities and Microsoft SharePoint.

The company claims this system streamlines the front office business processes, connects the various divisions of an organisation and integrates all relevant information – from CRM to project management.

Assistance Software CEO Martijn van der Hoeden said Assistance PSA for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an extension on Microsoft Dynamics CRM to provide Professional Services project management and time sheet and expense capabilities.

"Assistance PSA for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is developed on the new version of Dynamics CRM and will support multiple deployment options – on-premises, SaaS and later on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online," Martinjn said.
