AsiaInfo-Linkage, a provider of telecom software offerings and IT security products and services, has signed an agreement with Cambodian telecommunications services provider Mfone, to develop a business intelligence (BI) system for the operator.
As per the agreement, AsiaInfo-Linkage will provide a "full turnkey solution," including engineering and design, procuring and supplying products, and installation, commissioning, training and on-site support.
The company said that the BI system is being designed to enhance business analysis capability and optimise enterprise operation and management of Mfone.
AsiaInfo-Linkage president and CEO Steve Zhang said that the BI system will enhance Mfone’s decision-making capabilities and decrease its operating costs, thus making the company profitable over the long-term.
"We are excited about the momentum gained with this project in Southeast Asia and we will continue to pursue opportunities in the region," Zhang said.
