Infographic: The web in 60 seconds

An amazing new infographic shows just how much happens on the web in a single minute.

216,000 photos posted, 278,000 Tweets and 1.8m Facebook likes. That’s just a few of the things that happen every minute on the web.

A brilliant new infographic from the people over at cashback site Qmee gives a taste of just how enormous and fast-moving the internet is today.

Google performs 2 million searches each minute and 72 hours worth of video is uploaded to YouTube within the space of 60 seconds, according to the infographic.It also reveals that 70 new domains are registered and 571 new websites are created within a minute online, at the same time there are 204 million emails sent.
