Accenture is planning to strengthen its relationship with IPsoft by using its Amelia artificial intelligence platform. Accenture will use IPsoft’s cognitive computing capabilities to help its clients re-model their business processes.
Accenture is working with IPsoft’s artificial intelligence platform to provide companies with cognitive "aids" to improve client service delivery, customer service, workforce productivity and to manage data easily.
IPsoft’s Amelia platform can learn from natural language interactions and absorb routine processes, which can address customer queries and solve their problems.
By combining Amelia with Accenture’s technology and business process change, Accenture will allow its clients to improve speed and quality, in addition to reducing costs and manual intervention of routine services.
Accenture has undertaking pilot projects to deploy Amelia for its clients including oil field services company Baker Hughes and Shell.
