Data recovery outfit DriveSavers partners with Dell

Part of the vendor's Collaborative Support Program.

Dell and DriveSavers have joined in an enhanced partnership as part of Dell’s Collaborative Support Program.

DriveSavers will help to enhance the service that Dell customers receive when they need data recovery or eDiscovery services.

Scott Moyer, DriveSavers president, said: "Our referral partnership with Dell began many years ago. This latest collaboration demonstrates once again that Dell has customers’ best interests in mind as they continue to vet and recommend DriveSavers data recovery, eDiscovery and digital forensic services."

The idea of Dell‘s CSP is to connect third-part companies with Dell’s ProSupport division, this means that Dell customers should receive better customer service and improve incident resolution.

Chris Bross, DriveSavers chief technology officer, said: The longevity of our partnership with Dell is due in part to our ever-evolving R&D in pioneering recovery processes for PowerEdge, PowerVault, EqualLogic and Compellent systems."

"This latest enhancement in the ProSupport Collaborative Support Program reinforces our continued commitment to provide the best in customer care."
