VIRTUS Data Centres has announced that colo customer the C4L Partner Network has put its name to a five year deal to deploy 36 cabinet pods at each of its LONDON1 and LONDON2 data centres in Enfield and Hayes.

The agreement means that C4L will install two new dedicated pods delivering up to 36 cabinets at a minimum of 108kW, with the flexibility to increase the density to in excess of 300kW per pod per year.

Sales director at VIRTUS, Darren Watkins, said: "We’re delighted that C4L has decided to further its relationship with VIRTUS. Our scalable and cost effective offering means C4L will be able to grow flexibly and contiguously in line with its business needs."

Earlier in July, VIRTUS launched a cloud ‘market place’ which will allow its customers to showcase their services and increase transparency of their offerings.
