Verizon opens new facility in Newton

Verizon has opened a new retail store in Newton, Massachusetts, to expand its FiOS TV and internet services.

By CBR Staff Writer

Verizon has reported that inside the store, it has created a family room setting, where shoppers can try out FiOS internet, FiOS TV and FiOS TV DVR products. Shoppers can also order all other Verizon services right at the store.

The company has also reported that the new retail location will also serve as a customer service center where Verizon customers can swap FiOS TV set-top boxes, pick up remote controls and HDMI cables, pay bills, or consult with representatives.

Brenda Sowers, director of marketing at Verizon, said: By opening our new store, we are getting closer to our customers and the residents of the communities we serve.
