The Bank of New York Mellon launches shareholder identification platform

The Bank of New York Mellon has launched an enhanced version of DR Insight, its interactive, web-based institutional shareholder identification and targeting system.

By CBR Staff Writer

The upgraded DR Insight, which is powered by Ipreo, claims to allow users to conduct refined searches and to group data in a format that simplifies the process of tracking institutional investors and their depositary receipt (DR) holdings. According to the bank, DR Insight helps depositary receipt issuers analyse trends and conduct peer analyses.

Michael Cole-Fontayn, CEO of The Bank of New York Mellon’s depositary receipt division, said: Our DR clients worldwide have come to rely on DR Insight as an essential investor relations planning tool. This powerful new version is just the latest example of our commitment to incorporating industry-leading technology into products that bring value to DR issuers.
