The former SAP clients will rely on a global infrastructure of data centers and networks offered by T-Systems

By CBR Staff Writer

T-Systems has acquired SAP hosting services from Mexico and Central America. This agreement confirms T-Systems’ position as the leading SAP applications service provider.

Following this acquisition, the former SAP clients will rely on a global infrastructure of data centers and networks offered by T-Systems.

This acquisition also highlights the relationship between SAP and T-Systems and the capabilities to become the hosting service provider to run the platforms of the companies who used to be its clients.

T-Systems is the information and communication technology (ICT) division of Deutsche Telekom for corporate customers.

The company said that along with its hosting services, it also counts with other specialised services in its portfolio like SAP application management and implementation.
