By CBR Staff Writer

Syntellect, a provider of customer interaction management systems, has started the development of CT Application Development Environment (CT ADE) version 11. CT ADE is an IVR development tool designed to accelerate the development of voice and video communications.

According to the company, enhancements to Syntellect CT ADE 11 includes: added build support for Visual Studio 2008, support for streaming video, improved density and performance with Dialogic Host Media Processing Software, expanded speech recognition and text to speech engine support and an improved user interface.

Additionally, Syntellect is introducing new lower pricing of $189 per port for the current CT ADE version, which includes full feature support for Dialogic System Release 6.0, Dialogic HMP Software 3.0 and their associated media/interface boards, speech recognition, text to speech, multimedia and video.

Christoph Mosing, vice president of business development at Syntellect, said: “CT ADE is one of the most prominent IVR development environments in the industry. We are very excited about the development of CT ADE 11 and are committed to taking it to the next phase of maturity. Syntellect looks forward to our continued partnership with the vast numbers of long-time customers and channel partners, and we welcome continued input on the needs of this community as it relates to product enhancements.”

Syntellect said that as development progresses, its relationship with Dialogic will ensure that CT ADE remains closely coupled to Dialogic systems, especially as it relates to progress on multimedia support with Host Media Processing (HMP) 3.0 and future versions.

Rob Martinez, vice president of sales and services of Americas at Dialogic, said: “Syntellect is focused on ensuring their IVR development tools continue to satisfy the needs of their existing customers, while at the same time addressing market requirements as they continue to evolve. This is key to helping customers accelerate their time to market and migrate existing applications to IP.”

Syntellect CT ADE 11 is scheduled for release in mid-2010.
