The company claims that, with its Global Delivery Platform, users can have comprehensive network performance assurances and fault restoration. In addition, they can access to real-time network performance statistics via an online portal provided by Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel).
Bill Chang, executive vice president of business for SingTel, said: This is a significant milestone in SingTel’s efforts to build a global internet protocol virtual private network solution with a key focus in Asia. The ability to monitor the performance of the entire network, including our partners’ infrastructure, is a breakthrough.
