Poland’s fixed-line telecommunications services Netia has signed a four-year managed services agreement with Ericsson.
Under the new agreement, Ericsson will maintain and manage Netia Group’s networks, as well as support the provision of services to Netia Group’s residential and business users.
Netia’s four-year managed services agreement with Ericsson covers two main areas, which include services provision and the transfer of contracts concerning employees, assets and agreements of Netia Group.
The renewed contract expands its geographical reach to include the Telefonia Dialog and Crowley telecommunication networks, which are acquired by Netia Group.
Under the expanded contract, about 190 additional Netia Group employees will be transferred to Ericsson Poland.
