Leadcom Integrated Solutions (LIS) has said that the contract covers the whole territory of Ecuador and 100% of the customer’s network. It will encompass the preventive maintenance, on call services and emergency call-out services for all of its telecommunications site support systems, generators, and air conditioning.
This contract complements the previously awarded telecommunications network
maintenance contract for the operator’s radio network, making LIS the operator’s key service support supplier.
Michael Keltai, general manager for Americas at LIS, said: The contract is a significant win for LIS as it has been chosen to support the operator’s network after a lengthy bidding process in competition with an international telecommunications vendor, their existing service supplier. This new service support sector enhances our service delivery capabilities to the operator markets.
