Ezwim unveils Release 10 of TTM services

Allows customers to access spend, inventory and service management information

By CBR Staff Writer

Ezwim has unveiled Release 10 of Total Telecom Management (TTM) services. The new release combines all elements of telecom management service and allows customers to access spend, inventory and service management information.

The company said that the new release provides customers with access to detailed telecom parameters across the enterprise and enables them to optimise telecom resources and service management; and improved dashboards provide business intelligence perspectives.

The new offering distinguishes financial, administrative and employee dashboard and offers new and improved cost control functionalities. It features a redesigned user interface and improved navigation.

Other features include service oriented architecture, which enables customers access inventory, spend and service management information directly from internal applications. It guarantees both scalability and integration, the company said.

With Release 10 Ezwim sets a new standard in telecom management services. We give our customers access to an integrated platform rather than to a stovepipe application; our service gets our customers started with professional telecom management in weeks rather than months.

We help our customers to reduce their telecom spend and optimise their telecom resources. The voice of the client has been the driving force of this renewed service.
