GAAP net income was $17 million, or $0.61 per diluted share, for the three months ended July 31, 2008 compared to $17.1 million, or $0.63 per diluted share, for the same period of 2007.
Net sales for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2008 were $531.6 million, compared to $445.7 million for the corresponding period of 2007. GAAP net income was $76.4 million, or $2.76 per diluted share, for the fiscal year 2008 compared to $65.2 million, or $2.42 per diluted share, for the same period of 2007.
