Clarizen opens first European data centres with Equinix

Company opens first European hubs in the UK and the Netherlands.

By Joao Lima

Clarizen will open its first European data centres with Equinix, with the colo provider hosting the company across its London and Amsterdam sites.

Clarizen chose Equinix after the latter fulfilled three key requirements – security, uptime and location.

Both data centres boast ISO 50001 and 14001 certifications. The Amsterdam space also offers connection to most of Europe within 50 milliseconds.

Ted Purcell, Clarizen’s SVP of worldwide sales and customer success, said: "These two centres support that growth, adhere to Europe’s latest security regulations regarding regional data storage, and provide increased performance and scalability."

"The new data centres further enable our ability to keep up with the needs of our growing EMEA customer base and the global proliferation of Clarizen."

Clarizen already has two data centres in the US, hosted by Equinix and Telx.
