ATX , a U.S. based provider of telematics services to automobile manufacturers, has announced that it will partner with Toyota Motor Sales USA to deploy Lexus Enform and Safety Connect, Toyota’s all-new telematics platform.
Safety Connect will include four safety and security facets: automatic collision notification, stolen vehicle location, emergency assistance button and roadside assistance.
ATX has said that it will provide multiple types of services including traditional location-based crash and in-vehicle emergency button response, maintenance reminders, and destination directions downloaded to the vehicle.

Previously, Toyota Motor Sales USA has announced that it will launch its proprietary telematics systems in the year to come. The all-new systems will be available on select models with customised versions for both Lexus and Toyota brands.
