Contel Cellular Inc has reported fourth quarter net losses of $4.8m after a $241,000 charge from an accounting change, and a $39.7m restructuring charge, against profits last time of $9.9m, on turnover up 36.4% at $108.8m; net loss for the year to December 31 was $75.2m after a restructuring charge of $48m this time, up from a loss of $75.1m last time which included a $60.8m restructuring charge, on turnover that rose 30.3% to $374m.
