Societe d’Applications Generales d’Electricite et de Mecanique SA, Sagem, of Paris, has bought an 8% stake in Dassault Electronique SA, the stake giving it more than 5% of Dassault Electronique’s voting rights; no financial details were given; Sagem said the two groups have had links for years and the stake strengthened the association.
