Daimler-Benz AG’s DASA aerospace arm is paying $57m for a 12.25% stake in the Space Systems/Loral Inc joint venture between Loral Corp, Alcatel NV, Aerospatiale SA and Selenia SpA: Loral will invest another $59m to maintain its 51% stake, the rest having 12.25% each.
