DAISY SYSTEMS TO RAISE THE VALUE OF ITS TENDER OFFER FOR CADNETIX

Daisy Systems Corp says it will raise the value of its tender offer for Cadnetix Inc to $8.375 a share to give the company an indicated value of $183m, from the previous $8 a share, and will also be keeping the offer open to November 14.
