Daisy Systems Corp, Mountain View, California has revised its $8 a share tender offer for Cadnetix Inc of Boulder, Colorado to all cash – provided Cadnetix kills off its shareholder rights poison pill and Daisy can get finance for the bid, which it values at $912.3m. It had offered cash for 51% of the shares, debt for the balance (CI No 1,027).
