Despite getting a grudging acceptance in principle from Cadnetix Corp for its revised offer, Daisy Systems Corp still has some way to go to wrap the acquisition up: it so far has acceptances from just 2.2m of the 22.5m Cadnetix shares outstanding, and has extended its tender offer, which now expires at midnight on November 28.
