Xterprise’s Xarm (Xterprise automated RFID module) source tagging product will be used on two manufacturing lines so that supply chain strategies and customer mandates can be met without the need for added labor to accomplish RFID tagging requirements.
The system is built around a service orientated architecture (SOA) software platform that enables real-time monitoring and control of the production line material handling system, RFID printer applicators and verification readers.
It can accommodate both full pallet single SKU tagging (case and pallet) and pallet-only tagging. In addition, Xterprise claims it provides the lowest cost per case application and the highest case per minute throughput in the industry.
