The Seoul-based Daewoo Telecom Ltd unit of the Daewoo Group has won a $200m order to export 1.3m lines of digital telephone exchanges to the Ukraine. Daewoo will provide 130,000 lines of time division exchange a year over the next 10 years under the contract with the Ukraine’s state-run Ukur Telecom.
