Daewoo Corp and affiliate Daewoo Information Systems Co Ltd, plus Dacom Corp and Dacom International Ltd, have set up a joint venture to offer telecommunications services in Poland. Daewoo Dacom Communications (Poland) Ltd, which was set up with initial capital of $1.0m aims for sales of $60m by the year 2000.
