Dad’s Products will integrate the enterprise demand planning (EDP) solution with its JustFoodERP solution for the food and beverage industry, which is powered by Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Dad’s Pet Care recognized that its demand planning requirements has evolved to where it needed to add to the solid foundation of JustFoodERP to maximize visibility and planning accuracy, according to Park City Group.

Dad’s Pet Care will be using EDP to improve its forecast accuracy, and enhance its execution processes while minimizing the amount of time involved in the forecasting process, said Park City Group.

Dad’s Pet Care will also participate in a supply chain profit link (SCPL) opportunity assessment, a Park City Group service designed to identify sales and profit improvement through analysis of SKU mix and promotional optimization while identifying merchandising execution issues that may cause out-of-stocks or distribution voids.

Randall Fields, CEO of Park City Group, said: Dad’s Pet Care choice of both EDP and SCPL is a prime example of why we knew this merger would have great value to the industry.
