South Korea’s state-funded Dacom Corp is to sign a contract to establish a 50-50 joint venture to start telecommunications services in Nakhodka in Russia’s Far East: Dacom International and Goldstar Information & Communications Ltd will invest $2m all told, and six Russian organisations will invest a further $2m in the joint venture.
