Optical jukebox maker Cygnet Systems Inc, San Jose has won its discharge from voluntary Chapter 11 proceedings, and has been reorganised as ATG Cygnet Inc after being merged with ATG Gigadisc Inc; ATG’s has satisfied the disputed debt between Cygnet and Eastman Kodak Co.
