Vancouver, British Columbia-based Cycomm International Inc has agreement in principle to supply high-speed voice and data communication services to the US government on a satellite to be launched in 1994: revenues from the deal would come from sales of its anti-eavesdropping technology and user time but gave no financial details on the agreement; Cycomm is also negotiating to buy 20% of National Satellite Networks Inc, which is a marketing agent for the satellite.
