Cybertek Corp of Los Angeles has acquired 100% of Pacific Software Inc, which The Network Assistant software utility for local area networks, which has over 5,500 users worldwide: Pacific will operate as a wholly-owned Cybertek subsidiary under the name LANsoft Corp.
