Hackling child’s play? Second teen arrested in TalkTalk hack

News: Arrest was made in Feltham.

By James Nunns

A second arrest has been made in connection with the TalkTalk hack.

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Cyber Crime Unit made the arrest after searching an address in Feltham.

A 16-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of Computer Misuse Act offences and has been bailed.

A second residential address has also been searched in Liverpool.

The developments follow the arrest on Monday of a 15-year-old boy from County Antrim, Northern Ireland; the boy has also been released on bail.

The arrests follow data theft from TalkTalk, which may have seen bank details and personal information of its 4 million customers accessed.
