The British police have arrested a 16-year-old boy from Norwich in connection with the cyber attack on TalkTalk.
The latest arrest is the fourth in the case where banking details of more than 20,000 TalkTalk customers, including private details of more than four million, were hacked last month.
The cybercrime units of Metropolitan Police and the Police Service of Northern Ireland are working with the National Crime Agency on the case.
During the weekend, a 20-year-old man was arrested in Staffordshire but was later released on bail.
Previously another 16-year-old boy from Feltham in west London, was arrested on suspicion of computer misuse after his home was searched.
The authorities also held up a 15-year-old boy from County Antrim in Northern Ireland , but both were released on bail.
TalkTalk has been a victim of cyber attack previously when hackers accessed the internal data of its third-party suppliers and got hold of the company’s non-financial customer information.
In August, Carphone Warehouse which hosted the mobile.talktalk.co.uk website was also hacked where customer details of up to 2.4 million UK customers were compromised.
